Transfer
We should start by introducing what transfer printing actually is. It is a special kind of screen printing technology, where the main difference is that it is not printed directly on textiles, but on transfer paper or foil. This is the main benefit of transfer printing. It is much easier to manipulate the printed logo on paper or foil. Thanks to this, we can then cut the produced logos as needed and press them onto places that conventional screen printing does not allow. Be it backpacks, caps, various types of sweatshirts or jackets or generally on non-standard products.
In addition to better handling, the ability to print on different types of material is a huge advantage. Cotton, polyester, nylon, jersey or various mixtures of these materials. It is according to the material that the transfer technology and the appropriate film are then selected. We can print using DTF or unconventional effect films. We can also handle aggressive materials such as softshell and adjust the production process so that your transfer is always clean and to your expectations.
Certainly a great added value is the reflective transfer, which meets safety certificates for reflectivity and is thus a suitable accessory for example for workwear, where this feature is needed.
Transfer printing can be made to order in advance and pressed according to your stock of textiles. It is also an option how to use transfer printing.
You don't have to worry about durability. We use industrial machines that are set to the ideal temperature and time. A well pressed transfer print will last just like a classic screen print and in many cases will outlast the textile itself.
