Our goal is to leverage technological innovation and become the EU leader in sustainable refinement and local garment production with virtual warehouses.

Year 2022 - we invested in the Czech company NIL TEXTILE, which is the only one in the EU to produce circular clothing that is truly sustainable for our planet.  Moreover, the textiles are made from material to sewing within the Czech Republic.

Year 2021-2022 - we have invested more than 30 million. CZK in digitalization of production and acquisition of modern production technologies for lower environmental impact of production.

Year 2019 - We have achieved ISO 14001 environmental certification and are managing to reduce our impact on the planet.

The entire Danielson team works together to ensure that our customers receive a novel solution for their exact needs. Our team is full of capable and positive people who are constantly pushing the company forward, just as our professional technology background allows us to provide the highest level of service.

As a purely Czech company, we are proud of the fact that we have been successful both at home and abroad for a long time.

We pride ourselves on delivering everything we promise. This keeps our customers happy and allows us to grow in a healthy way. Our greatest pleasure comes from our long-standing cooperation, which we value very much and always try to do our best to satisfy our partners.


Our story

We started in 2006 with the production of machine embroidery and one embroidery machine. We rented space in an old textile factory and operated as a classic family business where everyone does everything.

We were all a bunch of enthusiasts and we wanted to prove to the world that we had what it takes to become the number one in the country. Danielson grew and developed successfully. We reinvested our earnings back into further developing and expanding of our services. In the following years we added screen printing, transfers and also catalogue textile supplies. 

 

Our transformation

As the company grew under our hands, another challenge came in the form of a change in the management. We had to move from being a family-run business to a strategically managed company with a division of responsibilities. And as it happens, the transition and transformation of the company was not without complex and very challenging periods. Fortunately, no storm lasts forever and we have emerged from this change even stronger and more stable.

 

Our present

The experience and skills we have gained, combined with our new colleagues, have significantly strengthened our position. Over the past 10 years, we have become a leader in the domestic market and have welcomed a number of other companies into our group.

We are currently one of the top 3 companies in the EU and have over 200 employees. Our stable customers are associations, entrepreneurs, companies and multinational corporations. We sell our products to many countries in the EU. 

 

Our future

In 2022, we have embarked on a transformation of our vision that significantly increases the scope and purpose of our business.

We are investing in NIL TEXTILE, the only manufacturing company in the EU that produces fully circular and truly sustainable clothing.

Further investment of 30 million CZK were made in the digitalization of production and the streamlining of the production process.

We continue to look forward to strengthening cooperation with existing partners and to new opportunities and challenges in the years to come.

Martin is a professional with extensive experience in the field of sales and the entire supply chain, which he has gained during his many years in the largest companies in the segment in the United States, where he gradually acquired valuable knowledge, skills and experience that are essential for the management of the company. At Danielson, he worked his way through several key positions, including the role of Director of Sales, Purchasing and Manufacturing, which allowed him to gain a comprehensive overview of the company's operations, enabling a seamless handover of the overall management of the company from the founder and owner, whose trust he earned not only through his professional skills but also his character. Martin is a leader with natural authority and his main strengths include excellent negotiation and communication skills, an indomitable will and conviction to achieve set goals. In his role as CEO, he combines his wealth of experience and knowledge with his personal skills and abilities, building on the company's current strengths, continuing to expand and communicate the shared values leading to the prosperous development and growth of our company, and leading by example for his team in the journey towards achieving our long-term vision and mission. Martin graduated from EPI Dublin with a degree in International Business and complemented his practice with further academic education at the University of Economics in Prague, where he obtained an MBA with a focus on Business Management.

Petra started her professional career in an advertising agency, where she worked her way up through several positions. She joined our team in 2011. Since then she has moved through several key positions, but from the beginning it was clear that her main goal and motivation would always be to work in HR, so she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology for Managers, which she followed up with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. In her role as HR Director, she not only capitalizes on the knowledge and expertise gained from her studies, but also on the experience and skills she has gained in her professional career. Petra is an empathetic and communicative professional who has many years of experience in areas where human interaction and communication are important. She is able to listen and communicate very effectively and empathetically with people of different personalities, no matter what position they work in. Petra and her team's goal is always to select associates who will complement and enrich us with their knowledge, skills and character. She supports people not only during their adaptation, but throughout the entire duration of our cooperation, both on a professional and personal level.

As Sales Manager, Luděk is responsible for business growth at Danielson, including the complete management of the sales and graphics department. During his extensive professional career, he has worked in the private, non-profit and public sectors, not only in the Czech Republic, but especially abroad. In addition, he has coordinated many national and international projects, which has enabled him to lead, collaborate and negotiate with people from different cultures and at different levels.

He is an enthusiast of teamwork and his main goals include the development and maximization of human potential. He views potential failure as an opportunity to learn and grow. Instead of blame and self-pity, he seeks constructive and effective solutions that motivate him to achieve better results. For Ludek, hard work, creativity and core ethical values are key elements to ensure long-term and sustainable success.

Marek dedicates himself to his work with passion and humility and considers manufacturing his life's mission. His belief in the power of collective spirit and the development of potential, both personal and team, is a key element of his work philosophy. He has translated his enthusiasm for manufacturing processes into expertise in process optimization using Six Sigma methodology, which he engages in and practices with the entire manufacturing team. English has been his second language since the age of nineteen, when he started working in international environments such as the UK or the USA, where he gained the necessary experience and knowledge. What Mark appreciates most in others is their honesty, humanity, hard work and appreciation of the work of others. As such, he sees manufacturing as a living organism that requires constant development and innovation. His inspirations are Tomas Bata, Henry Ford and Jan Mühlfeit, whose work and approach to business have influenced his own professional journey towards continuous learning and improvement.

Dominik started with the company in 2014 as an account manager and over the years he has developed an understanding of our segment and during his years in the sales department has built a network of our biggest clients who are still with us today. Currently, Dominik is applying his experience, very good communication and negotiation skills and language skills to the position of manager of the entire supply chain, where he is the driving force. He leads the purchasing and shipping teams in our manufacturing facilities. His role is to ensure and deepen long term relationships with our partners both outward and inward, as well as to ensure the operation and harmony of internal teams in a way that translates into positive satisfaction for all customers and colleagues. Dominik can work effectively in stressful situations and maintains calm and cool when the team needs to be calmed, unified, motivated and come up with novel solutions.
