Nilmore

Nilmore is a Czech company that started its existence in 2018. Its main added value is the revolution in sustainable textiles, their recycling and subsequent reuse. A lot of manufacturers talk about recycled materials, but in many cases these can only be reused in a partial proportion and still produce unwanted waste. 

Nilmore entered the market with a revolution in the form of the material used and subsequently in the way of using the textile itself by means of so-called circularity. 

The Company Danielson is a strategic investor from 2022 and together we are working to fulfill the great vision of NIL Textile.

What is circular clothing

It all starts with a circular design that respects recycling requirements. Then the clothes go to you, make you happy for a long time, and then you have the opportunity to return them to Nilmore.

They then recycle it and make new clothes of the same quality. It's a never-ending process where waste becomes a resource, saving our environment.

In harmony with nature

In order to achieve circularity, they have developed several proprietary textile materials and focus primarily on circular design for all products. Therefore, they do not produce products from mixtures of materials and also ensure that labels, prints or other decorations do not interfere with the recyclability of the product. Most of their materials come from already recycled sources, which they keep on circulating thanks to molecular recycling technology.

Circularity takes sustainability to a whole new level, where our circular materials reach within the production and waste phase:

• up to 75% lower carbon footprint compared to polyester
• up to 98% less water requirement compared to cotton
• elimination of textile waste

New types of material

NILPLA®

NILPLA® is a circular polylactide (PLA), or anhydrous high molecular weight form of lactic acid. It is a bio-based material derived from renewable sources, most commonly corn or sugar cane. The yield of this material per hectare is 8 times higher than that of cotton.

Its production itself requires far less water and energy compared to other textile materials. At Nilmore® we have reduced its environmental impact even further by recycling.

NILCOTT® Recycled

NILCOTT® Recycled is the highest recycled cotton material on the market, containing 50% recycled cotton. The remaining 50% is organic cotton. At the same time, we have designed our NILCOTT® Recycled material products to ensure that each product is 100% recyclable.

NILCOTT® Organic

The material NILCOTT® Organic is made from 100% GOTS certified cotton. GOTS certification is the most stringent certification for natural materials, covering the entire process of manufacturing a product - from the growing of the cotton itself, to its processing, fabric production and final sewing. At the same time, the material is fully recyclable at the end of its life thanks to a unique molecular recycling technology.

NILPET®

NILPET® not only achieves the same quality as conventional polyester, the improved technology also allows us to achieve better breathability and functionality of the fabric. The textile can be customised to be stain resistant. This anti-stain treatment repels water-based liquids (coffee, juices, soft drinks) and oil-based liquids (sauces, ketchup). In addition, the garment neutralizes odor-causing bacteria and is wrinkle-free.

CIRPAD

CIRPAD material is one of the strongest and most durable textile materials ever. It can be recycled over and over again without losing its quality and raw material resources. As a result, we are reducing the impact of this material on global warming by 70% compared to its production from fossil fuels. The water footprint of this material is 86% smaller.
